48 pounds of flour (Z), 30 pounds of bastard, 12 pounds of butter, 3 pounds of almonds, 3 pounds of candied peel, 6 ounces of blend, 8 ounces of carbon dioxide, 3 quarts of milk.


Sprits

1 pound almonds, 1 pound sugar (grind with milk), 3 ounces bastard, 8 ounces butter, 9 ounces flour (Z), lemon, carbon dioxide.


Wellingtons

2 pounds almonds, 28 ounces sugar, egg white, milk, lemon.


Pretzels

32 lead blom (Z), 6 ounces bastard, 2½ ounces butter, 3 ounces almonds, cinnamon, nuts, a little milk.
